Getting started takes just a few minutes

Install the plugin

Install and activate the Portal Cloud 9 Pro plugin on your WordPress website. If the free Portal Cloud 9 plugin is not already installed, the Pro version will prompt you to install it from the official WordPress Plugin Directory.

Activate your license

Go to WordPress Admin → Portal Cloud 9 → Settings → Authentication, enter your Portal Cloud 9 account credentials, then click Activate.

Your portal is ready

Once activated, Portal Cloud 9 Pro automatically creates your customer portal page, so your customers can start using it right away.

After your purchase

You will receive an email with the username and password you created during checkout. Use these credentials to activate your license. You can download the latest version of the plugin from the top section of our homepage.
