Frequently Asked Questions
Where is my dashboard located?
Your dashboard is automatically created at yoursite.com/user-portal/. No configuration needed! If you get a 404 error, go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes.
How do I activate my premium license?
First, purchase a license from gradyzer.com. During purchase, you’ll create your credentials (First Name, Username, Password). Then go to WP Admin → Portal Cloud 9 → Settings → Authentication, enter your credentials, and click “Activate License”. That’s it!
What’s the difference between trial and premium?
Trial mode is fully functional with all features available. However, users can only access 10 products and 10 orders on the User Dashboard. All other features work perfectly. Premium enhances the experience with 15+ items per page (vs 10 in trial), advanced analytics, and priority support. No features are locked in trial mode.
Can guest users add products to favourites?
Yes! When a guest clicks the favourite button, they’re redirected to login. After logging in, the product is automatically added to their favourites and they’re taken to their favourites page.
How do I switch between dark and light mode?
Click the sun/moon icon in the top right corner of the dashboard. Your preference is saved automatically and applies to all dashboard pages.
How do I add 💬 Product Inquiry shortcode to single product page?
Copy the shortcode from WP Admin → Portal Cloud 9 → Shortcodes. Open your single product page with the editor of your choice (i.e., Elementor), and add the shortcode where you prefer.
How do I add 📞 Seller Phone shortcode to single product page?
Copy the shortcode from WP Admin → Portal Cloud 9 → Shortcodes. Open your single product page with the editor of your choice (i.e., Elementor), and add the shortcode where you prefer.
How do I add ❤️ Favourite Button shortcode to single product page?
Copy the shortcode from WP Admin → Portal Cloud 9 → Shortcodes. Open your single product page with the editor of your choice (i.e., Elementor), and add the shortcode where you prefer. If you prefer adding it to product loops, use Elementor to create a loop for product UI, then add the shortcode at your favorite position.
How do I add ❤️ Favourites Counter on navigation menu?
Copy the shortcode from WP Admin → Portal Cloud 9 → Shortcodes. Using the editor of your choice, open your header template and add the shortcode to the section of your choice.
Dashboard shows 404 error – how do I fix it?
Go to Settings → Permalinks in WordPress admin and click “Save Changes” without changing anything. This flushes the rewrite rules. Then visit /user-portal/ again.
Is Portal Cloud 9 compatible with my theme?
Yes! Portal Cloud 9 works with any WordPress theme. The dashboard has its own styling and doesn’t depend on your theme. Shortcodes can be styled to match your theme.
Do I get updates with my license?
Yes! Premium licenses include lifetime updates and priority support. Updates are delivered automatically through the WordPress admin.
Can I use Portal Cloud 9 on multiple sites?
License terms vary by purchase. Please check your license agreement or contact us at support@gradyzer.com for multi-site licensing options.
