Overview
Gradyzer builds WordPress plugins for site owners and developers. This policy covers every product we make, not just one, so wherever you run into a Gradyzer plugin, this is the page that applies.
It describes what we collect when you visit gradyzer.com, when you register for an account, and when you activate a license through Nexus Control, our license management system. It also describes, just as clearly, what we do not collect.
What we collect
Account information
If you register at gradyzer.com or through Nexus Control to manage a license, we ask for your name, email address, and a password. Your password is run through a one way hashing process before it is stored, so we never see or keep it in readable form.
Security credentials, only if you turn them on
If you enable two step verification or a passkey based biometric login on your account, we store the technical credential needed to make that method work, such as an authentication key. We do not store your fingerprint or face data. That stays on your own device, and only a proof of match is ever sent to us.
License and activation details
When a plugin is activated using your license, we record the site domain and basic version information. This is how we confirm your license is valid and how we deliver updates to the right installation. It says nothing about your website content or the people who visit it.
Cookies
A small number of cookies keep you signed in between visits and help the site remember basic preferences. More detail in the cookies section below.
How we use it
- To create, secure, and let you sign in to your account
- To confirm license activations and deliver plugin updates to the correct site
- To send account related messages, such as a password reset or a security alert
- To respond when you contact us for support
- To keep gradyzer.com working properly and free of abuse
We do not use your account information for advertising, and we do not build a profile of you for marketing purposes.
Data inside your plugins
This is worth stating plainly. Gradia POS handles sales and transactions. Sendriq handles subscriber lists and email campaigns. GradiaPress handles dashboard content. All of that information lives inside your own WordPress database, on your own server.
Gradyzer does not receive, store, or have access to any of it. Your customers’ details, your sales records, your subscriber lists, these belong to you and stay on your infrastructure. Our role is limited to the license that lets the plugin run and the updates that keep it current.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information for as long as your account stays active. If you close your account, we remove your personal details within thirty days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about your account, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it entirely. Send a request to privacy@gradyzer.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, generally within thirty days.
Keeping your account safe
Passwords are hashed, never stored as plain text. We support two step verification through an authenticator app and biometric sign in through your device’s built in passkey system. We encourage every account holder to turn one of these on, particularly if you manage licenses for client sites.
Children
Gradyzer is built for site owners and developers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen years old.
Changes to this policy
When we make a meaningful change to this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page and, where the change is significant, notify account holders by email or by a notice inside your account dashboard.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising from it falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
