This policy explains how gradyzer.com uses cookies. It covers the website itself, your account area, and the customer portal used to manage licenses for every Gradyzer plugin, including Portal Cloud 9, Portal Cloud 9 Pro, Gradia POS, GradiaPress, Sendriq, and Nexus Control.

It does not cover cookies set by your own WordPress site once a plugin is installed there. Those belong to your site, not to us, and are explained further down this page.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. It lets the site remember something about your visit the next time you load a page, such as whether you are signed in. Cookies cannot run programs on your device and cannot read files stored elsewhere on your computer.

Session cookies

Set the moment you sign in to your gradyzer.com account or the customer portal. This cookie keeps you signed in as you move between pages and is removed automatically when you sign out or close your browser.

Performance cookies

Help the site remember small preferences, such as a setting you chose on your account dashboard, and help pages load correctly. These are not used to identify you personally beyond making the site work as expected.

What we do not use

We do not place advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to follow you across other websites. We do not sell cookie data to anyone, and we do not share it with advertising networks. If a future version of this site ever adds a cookie type not listed here, this page will be updated first.

How long they last

The session cookie lasts only for the length of your visit and is cleared once you sign out or close your browser. Performance cookies last longer, generally up to twelve months, so the site can remember your preferences on your next visit without asking again.

Cookies on your own site

Once a Gradyzer plugin is active on your own WordPress site, any cookie it sets to your visitors, for example a cart cookie in Gradia POS or a subscriber preference cookie in Sendriq, belongs entirely to your site. Gradyzer does not receive or store that cookie data. Setting the right cookie notice for your own visitors is part of running your site and sits outside this policy.

Managing cookies

Every browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies through its settings. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out of your gradyzer.com account automatically, since the site needs it to know you are signed in. Blocking performance cookies is safe and will simply reset any saved preferences on your next visit.

Changes to this policy

When we add or remove a cookie, we will update this page and the date at the top. Where the change is significant, we will also let account holders know through a notice inside the account dashboard.
